• Explanation of all debt solutions available to you, including those available through debt charities at no charge
• Referral to appropriately authorised insolvency practitioners where a formal insolvency solution (such as an IVA) is appropriate

Where we refer clients to an insolvency practitioner, we refer to ClearPath Debt Solutions Ltd. No referral fee is received for these referrals.

3. Our Advice

Any advice provided by our advisers is based on your individual circumstances as disclosed to us. We will always explain the implications of any solution we recommend and will draw your attention to alternatives, including free charity services, before any decision is made.

Fees are typically built into monthly payments and agreed with creditors. You will always be informed of any fees before they apply.

Free debt solutions (such as charity-based DMPs and DROs via approved intermediaries) are available and we will always inform you of these options.
